Montessori SAI SIVANI Bhavan is a large-scale institutional campus spread across 22 acres in Myalavaram, designed to house engineering and pharmacy colleges along with staff facilities. Built between 2008–2010, the project reflects SGA’s capability in delivering high-volume educational infrastructure with strong engineering, efficient planning, and long-term durability.
The campus includes academic blocks, laboratories, administrative offices, staff rooms, and wide circulation zones. Designed to support thousands of students, the master planning ensures smooth movement, natural ventilation, and optimal functional zoning. The project stands as a landmark educational facility in the region, supporting structured academic growth and community development.
Every block within the campus has been engineered with robust RCC construction, ensuring safety, longevity, and adaptability for future academic expansion. With well-laid pathways, green landscaping, and carefully positioned academic blocks, the project delivers a cohesive and well-organized learning environment.
